Halter launches planning platform Aneecy

Schlierem-based real estate developer Halter AG presents a new offering. Aneecy AG was launched at the end of September. According to a media release, it is headed by a management team of long-standing Halter employees. Aneecy is a platform for investors, developers and purchasers of real estate.
According to the press release, it is designed to enable informed and conscious real estate ordering based on so-called best-in-class benchmarks and business intelligence, based on building functions and quantitative and qualitative floor space requirements. Building owners can thus independently map utilisation and construction costs in the very first project phase.
Aneecy promises to offer an accuracy of +/- 5 percent for construction costs. Buyers of real estate thus receive a data-based and intelligent basis for their investment decisions, it continues. They will thus know what a building will cost even before a project is created. From the end of 2023, Aneecy will also provide benchmarks for the CO2 values of the construction emissions in addition to the construction costs.
Regarding the reasons for the new service, the press release states that the companies of the Halter Group are united by a common vision. They support the net zero sustainability target in all projects by establishing the circular economy. In order to achieve this goal, Halter offers its services specifically in sister companies along the real estate life cycle and aligns them with the needs of the customers.
