Hächler AG and Wanner merge
Wanner AG will be integrated into Hächler AG on April 1, 2022. The merged company is based in the new Hächler AG branch in the Dielsdorf ZH district.
Two subsidiaries are merged in the Hächler Group based in Wettingen. According to a press release , Wanner AG will be integrated into the construction company Hächler AG on April 1st. This would simplify structures, it is said. According to the motto "Everything from a single source", customers should be given easy access to all the services of the Hächler Group.
The merged company will employ 200 people and present a wide range of services in the new Hächler AG branch in Dielsdorf. The branch specializes in conversion and renovation, facades and paving. In addition, all other services of Hächler AG are available in Dielsdorf. Wanner AG has been part of the Hächler Group for ten years.
The Hächler Group is active in the areas of construction and ancillary trades, sewer maintenance and renovation, surface treatment and ventilation cleaning.
